Yep the little guy got creative with Effie's Spicy Sriracha Bread Recipe after seeing Nigel's marvelous baking endeavors. Not to mention he just flat out loves this stuff. Made from the 1 loaf recipe and shaped into 2 boules he was able to give one to his favorite neighbor. Here is how he did it.You know him, you love him and from his kitchen perch, Gandolf proudly presents his latest creation - Sriracha Boules.1. After the first rise the dough was divided and preshaped into 2 balls and allowed to rest for about 10 minutes.2. Final shaping and placed on a corn meal dusted 17" baking sheet, covered and the second rise begins.3. Second rise is ready for some finishing touches.4. Brushed with egg white and scored with a razor the loaves are ready for a 375° F oven. 5. 30 minutes later just out of the oven, oh there is nothing like the smell of fresh bread baking.Cooled and ready to eat it is hard to beat :o) The loaves are 6-7 inches in diameter and 3-4 inches tall. Can you imagine them as soup bowls or filled with a dip?
